Saint Françios High school
Located in the middle of rice paddy, in the small viallge Chomartieng, Saint Françios High school is proud to celebrate its 5 Anniversary. In october 2003, Saint Françios High school opened with 36 students and only one class. Nowadays, 242 students meet them every morning for the flag respect cermony, and 3 promotion alaredy passed sucessfully their final exam (in 2007,100% of students passed!!). Since the begining of 2008, we have opened a new section:7 grade(fist year of lower secodary school). We always teach agriculture and informatics, but some new subjects are now availble: French, Korean, art, special sports. We also support personal research in the library and through internet access, thanks to European Union project.Appreciation of Professor
My name is Nay Phourng, Khmer teacher of Saint François Professional High school. On behalf of all teachers and myself i would like to say that the constructtion adn growth of the school are helpful because it's a modern high school which was built in middle of paddy field and far away from the city which replies to the needs of Khmer children. I thought this great achievements like the gift from God for Cambodia children who live around the Chamkar Teang Catholic Community. I have confidence that the presence of Saint François high school is crucial to the development of human resources. Students who study in this school will have full capacity and high responsibity. I am optimistic that the student will use their capacity and knowledge to develop their family, village and the nation. We could say Saint François seems to be ship to transport the travelers across the ocean with safety. It means by Saint François high school students could get the real capacity. However, I hope this achievement also helps to in upgrade th standard of teachers living. I would like to express thanks to the God and Father Olivier has was built the school and has been developing it until it has became a modern high school.
